Santa is Coming

 


Amanda Jayne Designs has posted a freebie on the Kit & Clowder group on Facebook. This lovely Santa image is available until 27th August so you still have a short time to get is if you hurry.


On Amanda's group page she has an amazing offer. If you make something with the image you can choose an image and a paper pack from her store. She has some super cute images so definitely worth taking up on this generous offer.

I coloured the image with Promarkers and added some shading with pencils. This was then fussy cut and I added lots of glitter to the brim of the hat.

I used the current sketch at Outlawz Wednesday Sketch challenge for the layout.



All the papers are from the same 6" paper pack Classic Christmas from The Works. I added some gold glittery washi tape and some gems for a bit of extra sparkle. The sentiment is a chipboard tag I have had for donkeys years. It probably came from a Let's Make Cards pack.

Finally I added a pompom to the santa hat for a bit of added texture.

I was supposed to be painting garden fences today but the rain was relentless so making a Christmas card was a great way to spend a dull morning instead.
