This card has been made using an image I have had coloured for many years. Ruby Christmas Tree from Bugaboo Digi Stamps which has been coloured using Promarkers and Flexmarkers.
I used the latest sketch from Sketch Saturday for the layout.
I have a box of scraps of Christmas papers and trims that have been recycled from old cards I have received. This sketch is perfect for using some these.
I used star textured cardstock on the base and added the strips of patterned card. The image was then mounted onto mats of red and green card and then laid onto the strips.
The image and card has been embellished with self adhesive gems and metallic domes. Finally I had added a holly sprig of funky foam shapes and a sentiment that has been tripped down from a tag.
